lets all take a moment to laugh at darius' W or lack thereof
one second 90% slow. 40% more damage. AA reset. LOL. seriously ive healed for over 1k with his q late game an its on a 3 second cooldown but his w is just laughable. Vaynes tumble gives her more damage, also resets, is a gap closer, and has a way lower cooldown AND it gives her stealth with ult. crippling strike is just pathetic, take some power from decimate's heal and move it over.
