Janna resets the fight but more in her teams favor.

Fiora resets her teams health while the other team is already a man down and now her whole team is basically nearly full health.

There is a bit of a difference. Janna is a cockblock while Fiora is the gangbang rapist leader.

Because the strongest heal belongs on the SUPPORT'S kite not the assassin/carry/fighter/whatever the heck Fiora is considered's kit, it's only common sense that the support should have the strongest support ability
Because you can actually interrupt Janna's heal, and you can't interrupt Fiora's

Fiora also does not need to proc all 4 marks to get the heal, as long as she procs 1 before the target dies, she gets it, so... so much for "more set up".

Your point 2 has some sense, but your point 1 is bollocks because you might as well nerf lifesteal too as fed end game carries self heals more than any support who have walked the plain of Runeterra.

Not to mention, Janna's ulti does more than healing.

And for that matter, it's thematically complete bull that the cocky, selfish duelist gets an AoE heal. Aaaaaaaand to add insult to injury, the healing aspect of Monsoon just got nerfed.

He was only reworked due to the rest of his kit, his ulti wasn't one among the issue.

Still made more sense thematically in his old kit than "the arrogant duelist just won her duel so you get hp, you get hp, EVERYBODY GETS HP!"

(I also don't recall a Sion ult ever healing more than a Janna ult)
