Assassin classification

This has been irking me all day. I've been going back and forth with a particular person, who thinks that

A) DIANA is an assassin,

and

B) Akali, Talon, Fizz,~~ Rengar~~, Kha'Zix, Shaco, and Nidalee are NOT assassins. (THEY ARE!)

I've been trying to get it in their stubborn head that they are wrong, but they think I am wrong and that I need to "deal with it."

Zed Kha’zix Fizz LeBlanc Akali Talon Katarina Kassadin Shaco Rengar Apparently they moved him to Diver, now. Nidalee (hybrid Artillery)

And the list of Divers: Vi Xin Zhao Nocturne Pantheon Jarvan Wukong Warwick Renekton Elise Hecarim Lee Sin Irelia Aatrox Evelynn Diana

As most people know, Assassins have the tools to get in, kill, and get out. Meaning they have an ESCAPE tool. This person also thinks that Akali's shroud isn't an escape, that Rengar has no escape tool (his ult if you call it that), and Talon has no escape either (HE HAS TWO).

Holy cow people.

Those~~ three~~ two are assassins. Diana is not. Even if she has high burst, she has no escape tool, and has the diving capabilities of being able to survive. That's what a DIVER is.

TL/DR: Please learn your classifications and not be like this one person, who I can't name but thinks that I'm stupid and wrong when in fact they are the one that is wrong. Diana-** Diver**. Akali,~~ Rengar~~, Shaco, Talon, Nidalee, Kha'Zix, Fizz- **Assassins. **
