You know why fizz is a disgusting champion?

Same reason with Ryze. Because you dont wanna remove a single spell that makes the champions kit TOXIC at all stages.

Ryze W is toxic and nobody likes having to deal with it? Rework all other 3 abilites 2-3 times over like 4 years or something.

Akali Ulting ontop of you nonstop is toxic? Change the rest of her kit and passive and simply gut her ult so she is almost unplayable since that was her only saving grace.

Fizz E is toxic? changes his W and R and keep the toxic spell.
