So since we got an issue with not enough bans and each patch there are a champion/s that are always permabanned i got a solution to this.
How about a weekly vote which 3 champions we want to be permabanned from ranked for whole week? So we get 3 permabanned champions from global vote + 6 standard bans, I think it would be fair enough.

Oh, my main is banned this week? Not playing. Oh, my main's counter is banned this week? Playing a LOT.
Would also just be unfun. It's one thing to go in to a match knowing a champion you like may be banned 40% of the time, it's another entirely to know you just can't play that champion at all.
Also, different elo levels would want different bans. Most of league is bronze/silver, why should diamonds be out a champion they don't mind just because there are fewer of them?
Shiroi Kitsune3 votesThis is a flat terrible idea. I mean seriously, if you want more bans, ask for more bans. This just means that a lot of people will automatically not be able to play their favorite champ in solo queue each week (whoever it may be). It would make more sense to ask for a ban phase more similar to Dota's, as they have 5 bans each, and the bans phase format makes it a much more strategical and interesting.

MohawkBird1 votesWhy don't you just ban Riven then. I mean I hate Riven, but I wouldn't want to stopped from playing one of my go-to junglers for the rest of the week because of a stupid weekly vote.
