garen should instantly have 30 mr /armor on maps like ascension /etc

I be down with that as long as Nasus gets 10 stacks every 30 sec

I think 30 armor/mr at lvl one would be a little OP, so maybe they should make it so he scales from like 3 at lvl 1 to 30 at lvl 9 or something? Or maybe just reaches 30 at 10 mins in game.

Just have him gain stacks over time kind of like how GP's silver serprents work.
