Also, if you want to nerf teleport in a meaningful way because of its global pressure, nerfs its channel time. Don't nerf the cooldown on it.

Would be, yes. I admit that Rito is known for being rarely pulling back on changes, but teleport sounds like the sort of tentative thing that they might actually let go.

All that said, if they were to nerf TP they'd definitely have to buff Nasus' early laning.

tp is the only thing that keeps nasus in this game as semi-viable pick, it's the only way of increasing his split push power. nerfing it would be another knife in the back of this already extremely weak champion

All of those have been played competitively, Nasus hasn't

I hope you're kidding. Nasus was in LCS way back in the day, but now that people learned that early camping and communication counter him (Something you never see in solo queue) he isn't played much. And aside from Urgot mid and Eve jungle, I haven't seen these in the past year that often at all.

something you never see is solo queue? try to hit challenger with him, good luck the problem is, he doesn't even have to be camped. most of top lane champions is much more powerful than stacked nasus, or have bigger impact in the game than him. right now it's just a trash tier pick in high elo. no tankiness, no mobility and not enough damage (becouse you won't get to their backline most the time), put all together with the worst early game from all champions i believe. that's the result of what they've done to nasus

If anything I feel like some well-directed TP nerfs would be be beneficial for Nasus. Early and mid game he usually only uses it to return to turret anyway since aggressive teleports before he has stacks are a waste of time and time=damage for Nasus.

The biggest problem I face regarding teleport when playing Nas is actually the fact that I have no interrupts in my kit. There is nothing I can do to stop my opponent from teleporting in front of my face. They help their ADC get a double kill, then teleport once more, and now in a few minutes I have to either deal with botlane inhib turret under attack and my team screaming at me to recall and protect it before I even have 300 stacks, or ADC and support come to my lane early and 3v1 dive me then take both my turrets while i'm respawning.

Its quite funny that they are even debating nerfing Teleport meanwhile Flash is required and that is totally ok in their eyes.

The only people that use it are top laners and you know what you do? 90% of the time they use to to get back into their lane and it is usually of no use, the other 10% they tp to mid or bot or near a fight, how do you counter that? Follow to the same area or push top lane hard. People act like it is impossible to counter TP when just taking a tower while they are gone is ever going to hurt them more than them helping to get a double kill.
