Is riot looking to nerfing Fioras laning at all?

It is so freaking frustrating, you play russian roulette against her.

She either gets the vitals directly in front of her to just Q u and run away or she gets no vitals in front of her which makes her play passively.

I hate laning against her if I dont have a lot of mobility or am Darius, it is so freaking annoying.

Also the vitals lasting 15 seconds is a pain unless they arent facing a direction she can easily Q for true damage which is almost always.
