Idea: Rework to Targeted Dashes to add skill and variability

Almost all targeted dashes make you leap on, in fromt, or behind the target, currently. The issue with this is it lacks skill and planning, on both sides. If you have a way to interrupt the dash, it's easy to do so (because the dash is predictable), and if you don't have a way to do so, there's no counterplsy to the dash.

My idea for a rework to targeted dashes is simple. Allow targeted dashes to actually dash to a point in a circle around the target. What do I mean? Imagine a small circle around the target. I can actually click on the right of the target to dash to his right, his back if I want to dash behind him, his front if I desire it, etc. etc.. Of course, you'd have to be in range of the point you desire to dash to.

This would stop targeted dashes from being "point and click," and allow both sides to make plays. Additionally, it woild make these champions more balanceable (just change the circle size to balance said champion's dash).

So like how Kat's Shunpo works? I think that'd be overly complicated on anyone that isn't an Assassin.

Why is that overly complicated, but non targeted dashes where you literally go where you clicked aren't overly complicated?

because, the standardization of said targeted dashes creates the counterplay option. If there is no counterplay than it would ultimately break the game.

Katarina can do that and it's part of her power budged.

other point and click dashes need a fixed landing location for counterplay. if you use your singe target dash in the wrong moment, you should get punished for it.
