its depressing that half of those champs can't be buffed since they stomp low elo(im included in this) so hard since noone can play against them

Just because a champion hast seen any competitive play doesn't make them trash tier

Diana can't be buffed without being overwhelming. I can't see where Veigar could be buffed. Cho doesn't need a buff he's just too situational Udyr / Voli are low in competitive because of the omnipreent teamplay (and it's really harder to succeed to walk until reaching an enemy without flash up) Same goes for Garen. Amumu is Q is too telegraphed to not be dodged at higher elo (and any buff he gets can make him OP at low elo) And Yi doesn't work out of jungle, needs to farm before having some impact and in competitive team bring CC. You won't see (much ?) team without any kind of hard cc in competitive.

all voli needs is a lower cooldown on ult
