hh the thinker2 votes16 seconds level 1 E, 8 seconds when maxed, with 45% cdr (which not every fizz gets) is 4.4 seconds. 2 seconds isn't that accurate. sure 4.4 seconds makes fizz really, really hard to kill, but saying it's 2 seconds was silly. the 4.4 seconds is only done with the 5% mastery with 40% cdr in items and once he has his E maxed. early on, it's not that short.
just adding this here for accuracy.
