I dont understand why adcs refuse to use heal for anyone other than themselves. Supports almost always take exh/ignit (rarely ignite) why? They do it to be helpful to the adc, To work as a team. ive had so many situations where if they helped me with a heal, id be able to rotate a few more spells and get them the doubl instead of it being 2 for 1 .-.

Cause people in lower elo are more selfish than in higher elos.
Ralanr2 votesBecause the stereotypical ADC is incredibly selfish while the stereotypical support is incredibly selfless.
You'll find exceptions, but heal in the early game is usually used as an "oh shit" button for ADCs or a "I'm gonna get ya" button for when flash is down.

to keep someone from dying then its always worth... in laning phase if my support is gonna die and give a kill ill trade the cd on that spell for then not getting a kill, gold/experience / lvl advantage on me. in team fights if i can use it to bait out something to get a team to blow up my tank and use my heal to keep him alive so we are fighting 5 vs 5 with enemy cc/burst ults summoners down for my heal it is worth
