How the grading system works is not common knowledge, so no one can tell you why you got the grade you got or why Lux got the grade she got. Just be glad LP isn't awarded based on the grade you receive...

the kill stat on a support is generally very low

she has an abnormally high amount of kills as a support, which is making it look like she's doing amazing

You simply died too much. Yes she died more but supports are supposed to die in many situations. ADCS are NEVER supposed to die
