With Ranked3s and Ranked5s becoming more readily available...is Dynamic Queue still relevant?

And no I don't mean the whole "Solo vs Dynamic" thing I mean DynamicQ as a whole concept.

Since Riot has basically ousted two of it's strengths by way of reintroducing Ranked 3s and 5s AND expanding their availability, is DynamicQ even worth being called DynamicQ anymore? Or should we just call it "Ranked how ever many you want"? We'll of course need a name as catchy as Ranked3s and Ranked5s of course.

Because doesn't that make it somewhat irrelevant? "Hey you can Queue in Ranked with your friends!" "Oh but you can also do it here and here as well!"

Does reintroducing Ranked3s and 5s again just make the entire point of introducing DynamicQ in the first place totally irrelevant? Does it not make the hardships between Solo players vs Riot completely moot? On both sides.

I'm not trying to use this as leverage for "Bring back SoloQ". More so I'd like to hear if anyone else has thought the same on the matter.

Solo Queue players are still stuck playing with premades and Ranked Teams are still being treated as a featured game mode, so nothing really got fixed. The problems are still there. Dynamic Queue is still basically play ranked with however many you want unless you're Diamond+, because f*** Diamond+. Dynamic Queue is only relevant because it's the only ranked mode that is available. I do not consider Ranked Teams as a proper mode right now because it's being treated as a featured game mode and nothing more.

In my opinion, Dynamic Queue should have been a replacement for Ranked Teams by allowing even solo players to participate by letting them temporarily join existing groups to form teams. You can thus have a temporary Dynamic Team to participate in Ranked 3v3 and 5v5s. However, at no point should it ever have been a replacement for Solo Queue because why the hell would you give a team of 3 or more people a rating that should be based on individual skill when they're playing as a team? That makes absolutely no sense.

Riot wants to lower toxicity and are ruining the game because of it

I think we can all agree lower toxicity is a good thing. However, the method is just as important as the result.

I don't think it'll change anything since solo players will still hate playing with premades and no one plays ranked 3

I myself am feeling the same way. What does baffles me is that Ranked 3v3s was (other than Dominion Ranked) one of the least played Ranked Qs...and yet they reintroduced that over SoloQ...the one that the vast majority used xP
