fyi, codkids, kills are nice, but objectives matter much more. i dont care if you're 10/0 if you're down 2 towers to 0 you're fucking bad and you should shut up about your kda

Both matter.
While I agree with the sentiment this could also have been said in a far more constructive manner, and so it has earned my downvote.

Kills give you gold and influence over getting CS in lane and gold lets you have power to take objectives... both are important
Just because someone has plenty of kills doesnt mean they are ignoring objectives, not to mention objectives are often a team effort, if all they can do to try to win is get kills because their team wont help get objectives, well. Do what you can.
