Buff Liss pls?

What specifically about her is bad? She has poke through a wave, an escape/gapclosing, hard unbridgeable cc or free hourglass that heals, plus she can get hourglass, and a form of self peel along with free harass passive. She's not the worst right now.

Her damage is kind of lacking when compared to most mages mid lane, and her passive just feels really bad as it's just a much worse version of manaflow band. She also kind of has mana problems when trying to wave clear as her main form of wave clear (or poke) is in her Q which is a high mana cost for what it is. Also with her low range, it's really hard for her to survive when she gets close enough to even use her abilities.

I mean you are right though, she is not bad and she does have a lot in her kit...and I'll admit that it could be very scary if she ever got overbuffed because her kit can feel to good if she was buffed a little bit to much but I just feel she is just really underwhelming and outshined by to many other mid laners.

Personally, I'd just like to see her Q's mana cost be decreased and her to get a more useful passive and I feel that would be all she would really need. Maybe a new passive about stacking abilities on them to increase the slow, or make her deal more damage to the target (or maybe just reduce targets MR). Just something that might give her a little bit more damage or CC but not alot, just enough to have her passive feel useful as her current passive just feels only useful for lane phase and even so...the fact that she even has that current passive is probably why her Q has a high mana cost so it kind of cancels it out anyways

Liss has everything in her kit to make her complete, it's just that her stats are lower compared to other mages because of power creep.
