Whats with the Orianna buff?
Finally, after such a long time, Orianna is in a balanced state and nobody is complaining about her... And now they wanna buff her R?
Why would riot do such a thing...

I just love how their are 50+ champs that actually deserved a buff, but no lets buff balanced champions.
i dont think she is as balanced as you claim. she is sub 49% win rate and one of the worst mid laners and not meta for the 1st time ever.
she has a 4% pick rate and 0% ban rate.
so she isnt even played very much.
They buff her because they want to see PLAY$ at Worlds and Orianna is part of that with Faker by a large margin.
it's a ''Bring in the PLAY$$$$ profit'' buff.
Orianna and Anivia are the definition of perfectly balanced, when thy are nerfed/buffed it's a mistake and means either PLAY$ FOR LC$ or something is wrong elsewhere, not with them.

Ori isn't even played, period. No one picks her and she isn't doing well among those that do. Why should she NOT get buffed?
You guys don't know a single lick about "balance" but complain about it so fucking much. A champion isn't "balanced" when they're "garbage".

Just look what they did to Ekko to try get an Ekko game at worlds. xd
They killed Karma and replaced her with Orianna as the utility mid laner.
bc riot aren't nerfing the obnoxious mid lane champs, so to bring ori more aline to their balance they have to buff her so she'll be picked. she's bad into a lot of these early game assassins. which orianna cannot kill unless they mess up severely, but more times they will just roam around the map. she'll still be the same champ from level 1-5, but her ulting will be more rewarding which she kinda needs if she wants to be picked rn, since we aren't shifting out of this snowball meta

Same with Cait and Fiora. Riot doesn't care about us (when Worlds hit).

Because Orianna had room to be buffed.
Maybe not to that extent but she still had room for buffs.
she was so mediocre lol. There is a reason she hasnt been being picked in high elo for like 2 years now. Gets outclassed by every other midlaner right now.
Orianna is one of the most balanced champions in the game. Has been since her release.
She needed it.
