54.44% win rate in Challenger, 55.46% in Master, 53.50% in Diamond. I guess those guys have no idea what to do either.

Once again I have completely nuked any argument you have. Riven needs nerfed, and nerfed hard.

Win rate for Riven mains is almost up to 56% now. She doesn't need nerfs, she needs gutted. We are talking Kassadin level.
