"nowdays tanks buy 2 damage items and full tank after or they would just be ignored in tf"SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO a time you have nerfed a lot of champion because they was doing too much damage being full tank now that they are forced to buy atleast 2 offensive items they will be squishy and have low damage and being full tank nowdays means die instantly so revert the nerfs of same champs for example

I actually quite enjoy buildin AP on Rammus. He Q+R have good ratios and Rylas makes it really hard to kite when it procs off his Defensive Curl or Tremors.

AP works on him, but I was saying that he still works perfectly fine full tank. Very few people can actually duel a full tank rammus end-game. Only one I can think of is Trundle.

Cassiopeia might be able to with her innate heal on Twin Fang and her lack of autoattacks (so Thornmail and W don't deal damage to her), though she might run OOM first.

Mundo has a good chance, with massive healing, consistent damage and innate tenacity, though that would be a noodle-fight on both sides.

I've not really been having any issues with tanks. Though, considering how many of my teams are damage heavy, having a full tank for CC and durability can be a game-changer.

Xin's passive can cut into a rammus's armor pretty nicely.

Xin's passive only reduces his armor by 15%. He's also a very heavy auto-attacker, so thornmail is going to negate his lifesteal at the very least while Tremors, Sunfire Cape, and Rammus' strong autos (extra AD for armor passive) whittle him down.

Was just listing the passive as one element.

Rammus very rarely builds MR, though, so an AP Xin is probably his worst nightmare, considering the +400 HP heals he pulls off roughly every other second.

AP Xin gets nearly unkillable by a single target unless he's already low or just not fully built, which is a rarity in any late game case.

That's because Trundle can steal his bonus defenses after he curls up.

Rammus is what all Tanks should aim to be at. Low single target damage in exchange for great AoE damage, and great survivability in exchange for low range.
