Another big flaw with champion capsules... you cant do anything with the shards.

I mean i understand removing champion shard rerolls, that means that you can EASILY get 1 maybe 2 champions every level up. But it feels awful getting shards for champs you own, and dont play. They become nothing BUT BE. And you dont get a choice in the matter.

Maybe you could add something like change champion shard into either a random skin shard, or skin shard for that champion. This would help greatly, since you would have to pick between BE and OE for level ups, and with the insane reduction in OE that means that we actually have a way to get skin shards since i havent seen any "new skin shards" yet.

The point of the champion shards for the most part is to convert them into BE.
