Wth is up with Miss Fortune's damage???

Pretty much every adc is trash early except the lethality ones and then there's MS Fortune. Her Q is targeted and does as much damage as some adc's skill shot pokes (I don't know why this makes sense), but then, if you bounce it off a minion it rewards you with over 1/3 their hp??? And the ultimate will kill anyone even with full hp in the early game in not 4, not 3, but like 2 seconds! Basically if you land a 1/3 hp Q on the enemy adc who's flash is down and ult its the easiest 2 click kill ive ever seen. In a meta where most adcs take 7 autos to even kill a squishy... How do people lose on this brain dead champion???
