Just bring some CC, you will be fine.

Well, at least you owned up to your mistake.

If you do, always go in with a plan. CC is your best friend. At least next patch if he's oom, he's oom.

I called this the second i saw the numbers he would be released with. All the ratios looked high and I said so. I also questioned why his ultimate was allowed to do so much with no drawback. His W ratios got nerfed before release, he is going to get a mana cost on his ultimate, and the pbe even has Q ratio nerfs on it.

Overall I think the champion is fine; he is only good on the offensive and as long as you keep track of his ultimate, he shouldn't surprise anyone with a kill. Mana gating him a little more seems necessary; after all, he has a high damage passive (s).

But yea, tower diving Ekko is like tower diving Zilean or vlad......generally not very good ideas haha.

I like Ekko, especially playing against him (he's one of the few assassins I enjoy playing against), but I'm tired of non-energy champions who have 0 cost ultimates. Leblanc and Ekko use mana, it's a gating resource, their ultimate abilities should not get a free pass that's not accessible to other champions who are capable of the same amount of damage.

totally agree, there is no reason for this to be the case. Now I need to understand why they took Kayles mana cost away.
