I hope the over saturation of damage is looked at before the season starts.

Damage creep has steadily gone up over the years and this has been something players have been continuously expressing their concerns about, but come this pre season with the new changes whether it be the runes or lack of defense damage creep is through the roof right now.

It's been something that's just steadily built up but come this pre season and it's absolutely disgusting, if you fall behind your odds of winning a fight is even more detrimental for failure than that old dice roll of 50/50 and with tanks getting less defense this pre season if you fall behind you have no front line in order to make plays. I guess this is the reason why the average game time is at it's all time lowest I mean sure It's been one patch but definitely does say a lot.

I honestly hope this is something Riot takes seriously at this point, it's been around in season 6 and seven and now has reached an all time worse this pre season.

Not sure whether or not you guys like the direction of this game but considering damage creep has been a topic people want to be addressed by Riot and they haven't done so in nearly two seasons it makes me wonder if this is the direction you want to go ahead with the game. If it is I think in the first time in five years I might be contemplating to quit the game it needs to be addressed and needs to be addressed at least before the season starts.

Whether it be to add more defense or nerf the overall damage in the game, please Riot I'm begging you to do something about this don't make me leave this wonderful game I've enjoyed for the past five years.

P.S Mid lane feels horrible right now with not many Mages receiving armor buffs and Zed and Talon hitting like trucks.
