Ok we all knew that but the real question is who still uses tinypic?
At least they aren't even trying to hide their "style" anymore.
I get that it's a joke, but the Fiora buffs are more likely becuase she's sitting at a 48.7% winrate, in a meta where tank toplaners are meta.
