Can Kindred start with a few stacks in ARAM?

Normally, their passive stacks make up for a lot of their damage. But in ARAM, it is very hard to get stacks because you cant always control the target your team will go for, when a champ dies (they often execute), and greedy teammates who kill your target before you get there for an assist. Not to mention the short range they have. So by starting with maybe 3 stacks could make up for the lack of jungle camps to get their damage going.

giver her a stack per tower killed (allied or enemy)

considering how easy she can rack up stacks in that mode just by grabbing assists in the constant fights, i dont think thats a good idea.

ive been snowballing like crazy with her in that mode at times. you just need to build items like shiv, that allow you to easily tag feeding enemies youve marked for assists, when you cant kill or reach them directly.

She has a rework on the Pbe right now. I don't think we'll see her struggling in ARAM after that. She'll be decent.

Hey, other champions use stacks, too. Ever seen a Nasus get very many stacks in ARAM? We should give a similar treatment to all champions that use this kind of mechanic if it's changed at all.

They did get a stack buff a while back, except for Sion and Kindred I think. Sion was due to it being so easy to stack and that he did not seem to miss out on anything from it. Thresh and Nasus for example got buffs due to difficulty and limitations because of how they stack while interacting with minions.
