If Nunu goes live with current W

We'll be dealing with a champion that has an ability that outscales most ults (even AoE ults) that puts Nidalee and Zoe Q to shame.

His W is pretty much guaranteed to hit any target that doesn't have decent mobility. Able to do 2k+ damage in the mid game, it's literally the first single tick ability in League history that can 1 shot you without ignite, item proc, or a keystone.

If it goes live like this, taking Nunu top/mid/bottom and maxing W first will absolutely guarantee he hard wins lane with the exception of hard counters like Fiora, LeBlanc, Janna, Katarina, Cho'gath and a few others.

Except Nunu doesn't build full AP, but you're probably watching BunnyFufu or Vandril video. I can one-shot squishies with current Nunu with Predator and Gunblade too, if I had 3 items

Health/AP hybrid is actually standard on Nunu, always has been with Void Staff and/or Death Cap, with 1 or 2 tank items depending on enemy composition. New Nunu has good AP scaling on all 4 abilities, plus health scaling on Q. Building in this manner let's him heal for a burst 800 health when consuming a minion. Which makes him extremely annoying to deal with top/mid.

I mean it is really slow, it is slower Kled ulti, pretty easy to dodge unless he starts obscenely far away

Actually it increases your movement speed, the screen just zooms out slightly as it grows which gives the illusion you're going slower

It's always started far away. It's wasted if used close range. The predictably is seeing Nunu walk away, then you make the decision to stop farming and retreat under turret because if you're still mid lane you're going to get bursted hard and killed even early game. His turret poking if not CC'd is also safe since he can be back at 100% health by consuming two lane minions.

Current Nunu E damage and Q heal are very negligible.

It's funny actually. You combine this with Yasuo Ult and the Nunu starts Ulting the second he hits with it and you can fully charge the ult by the time yasuo ult ends meaning they get instakilled xD
