Does his E and the root effect on his W work on jungle mobs? If not, we need to pester Riot to make them work on jungle mobs, so that Jhin can be a jungler. D: I don't like being stuck in just bot lane, and jungling is one of my favorite roles -- and he seems perfect for it.
TheLastShadow452 votesHis E only procs when an enemy champ walks on it. And the root on the W only has the mark appear on enemy champs and will only stop on enemy champs when shot.
