Where is the follow up on Master Yi?

His kit was nerfed and then everything he synergized with (devourer, fervor, rageblade) was removed or nerfed. He's sitting with one of the lowest winrates in the game and one of the lowest winrates by games played. Basically there's just almost no way to carry with him right now that other champions don't do better. His early game is horrendous, his mid game is bad, his late game is entirely countered by the slightest bit of hard CC. Look at Shyvana. She has a similar MS steroid as a basic ability and outdamages him for 20+ minutes. By the time Yi catches up, he doesn't, because games don't go on long enough for him to scale especially when his team is getting destroyed because he doesn't apply a fraction of the pressure of other junglers.

All I'm saying is that he's meant to be a hypercarry that you pick to punish enemies with little or no hard CC, and he isn't even succeeding at that. Something is wrong with his numbers since fervor was trashed and basically absolutely everything else was buffed.
