Finished item would look like this:
40 AD 500 mana 10% cdr Unique passive: While in combat vs an enemy champion within the past 3 seconds your mana regen is increased by 150%.
Thoughts? This would help AD champs that need mana but cant use tear for manamune very well.
Wolfram Oxford1 votesPrepare for down votes simply because its an AD item. But personally I wouldn't use this on any champion. Champions that use a lot of mana typically are ones that can pump out a lot of spells. Making them good Muramana users. So its simply unnecessary and it isn't that good stat wise. AD champions that use spells will prioritize high AD and penetration, if they need mana they will go tear.

Wolfram Oxford1 votesIllaoi and Alistar could just build Icebourne or Frozen Heart, as for Talon, he could build Essence Reaver. But mentioning Talon, he doesn't really need to spam his spells. His combo, when fed, is enough to kill his target.

Sire Hippington1 votes40 ad are simple to little combat stats, and msot ad champs would do prefectly fine with either just the regen or the 500 mana. Honestly, just return old ER with maybe some slight changes an no-crit ad users would have a good sustain option again.
