Xin is not overpowered, he has exactly the same problems as before

No escape mechanism. Requires mana. Pretty mediocre base stats. Low range gap closer. Extremely susceptible to burst. Extremely susceptible to disables. etc.

LeeSin Zed Udyr and arguably Fiora are completely broken. XinZhao is not.

He is a ball of stats piece of shit that shares the same trait every ball of stat has; He breaks the damn game whenever he gets buffs.

An oppressive piece of shit like Xin Zhao should never get buffed.

Sure, but he at least has (pretty easy) counter-play.

Zed Yasuo LeeSin do not.

Lee sin loses against a team that is well coordinated in the early game, zed still gets cc'd and dumpstered if there is a lulu, ori, or janna, and yasuo has no escape and needs a knock up to fight lol

So a coordinated effort by 5 players is required to stop Lee.

But you can't spare a stun to stop Xin?

Xin is FAR more vulnerable than Zed to disables.

Xin is not manaless, nor does he have multiple face-roll 100% escape mechanisms like Zed does.

Xin is easily a feast or famine champ. There's one thing you forgot:

He clears healthy, but because he has essentially no AOE, he can't farm very well.
