Not the fact he is the most trash top laner right now in game, but the fact that he is forced to buy one of the highest price item in game to be a useful for himself and his team which is the dumb 
While other like champions like 
that taking over top laner get to use black cleaver, able to destroy lane, scale hard and in same time buy cheaper items.

I started playing a little before he got reworked but I never saw him in game. From what I've heard he was the most annoying (not broken, just annoying) toplaner to face.

Still a very good powerspike to many champions special the viable champions.
