I think Gangplank needs a rework, his play style outside late game is awful as and vs.

In lane as GP you are forced to try and farm all day as you have almost 0 good match ups. Naturally this isn't normally a problem but he gets so much bonus gold from last hitting with Q that he can't truly be fully denied.

Here is how Gangplank plays right now:

Play passive as all hell vs 90% of the roster last hit with Q. Once you get sheen this becomes much easier. Once you hit 6 just use ult to help your team or get a kill. Sometimes ult for huge waves.

Once he gets trinity force you can't push him in, he just gets that nice aoe waveclear wifh his barrels to keep farming up. Once he is able to actually fight back he will usually kill you if he isnt too behind and uses his barrels right.

Late game he is a monster that can 1 shot squishies after constantly farming.

He needs a rework to actually be interactive to play as and vs in lane besides playing farm simulator. Here are his issues:

His absurdly weak early game. His gold generation. His barrels being amazing waveelear for him so he doesn't get shoved in constantly and can farm.

Thats what i think at least. He isn't OP i think, just shitty to play as and vs unless you love to farm.
