Just like hashinshin said, jungle is by far the strongest role in the game now, and pulling lvl 2 red buff ganks into lvl 1 top laners is just complete bullshit and with how snowbally the game is it just ends lanes not even 2 minutes in, its completely stupíd and needs to be addressed.
Fix the jungle already and nerf it.

God forbid the first clear takes some effort to do and they dont end it with full health ready to gank.

Problem is early damage output, which makes the early ganks a hell of a lot more powerful.
