Riven Runic Blade (Passive) ratio increased to [25 - 50% total AD) from [20-50%]
What is this? No one asked buffs for this champion, she is not underplayed, people who has a lot of games with her have a 51% win ratio, and with 45% cdr she is even more cancer than before. Why you buffing her already annoying early game?

Yeah, azir is a good example. I mean, 41% of win ratio 125+ is pretty high. He totally doesn't need buffs. Also, her play ratio is quite high , so her win ratio should be "bad", since people who do not play her much suck at her

Just because azir is terribad doesn't mean riven should be too. But I agree he deserves some buffs.

Riven is not terribad. She is fine the way she is given her gameplay. You feel terrible playing against riven because you have little room to do something against her, and sometimes you have nearly 0 time to react to her combo if she flashes.

Yet her win rate is still bad. A high play rate means nothing if most of her players are Riven mains.
Riven buffs are fine.

Her win rate isn't 51%, it's 48.5%. Work on your reading comprehension.
Though yeah, 51% win rate on dedicated mains is fairly bad. Aatrox mains have nearly 54%. Wukong nearly 60%. Darius 53%. Nasus 53%. Yorick nearly 70% (for real). Akali top lane 53%. Cho top 55%. Gangplank 55%.
Perhaps this might surprise you, but generally speaking people who had dedicated over 125 games toward playing their champion in ranked win the majority of those games. Riven mains win barely over half.

Because she doesn't need or deserve any buffs. Some champions are left on dust for months, even YEARS, waiting just a tiny buff, while this piece of shit gets one in what? A month?
