Could Riot disable few champions for URF now?

We all have our own "most hated to play against" list but i believe we all can agree to some extend that Fizz and Hecarim are in almost every game. I know URFs supposed to be fun and all, but it kinda gets tiresome seeing the same champions over and over again. And what's worse there's no real way to actually beat them unless you'd pick even bigger URF monster (or you are some one trick pro) . I know they aren't the strongest URF champions, but they are the ones that are so obnoxious to deal with.

What champions you are tired of seeing in URF? Or maybe do you know some fun tips or secrets you'd like to share? Or maybe methods on how to deal with certain "annoying" URF champions (that is, if the method isn't "pick bigger URF monster")

They just need to allow bans. It would be an awkward champ select but who cares, URF failes in it's goal if it ends up more frustrating than blind pick

last night a garen was doing 1800 in 1.3 seconds. like just by pressing e and chasing you.

Couldn't you say the same thing about every ARAM game having a Sona, Soraka, Teemo, and Heimerdinger in it? These types of game modes are not meant to be balanced.

Fizz Garen Rumble would all be fine bans. I don't think Hec is banworthy imo
