So based on surrenderat20 post I started to thinking about Sion support

Seems like you'd be sorta wasting his W passive by putting him in a 0 farm role.

he can still stack through assists and relic shield though not so massively.

There's a pretty big difference between the 2 CS/Minute you get with FotM and the 12 CS/Minute you can get in a solo lane.

Basically the only reason you are putting him in support is for his cc's. But there are far and far better champions for that, like Leona and Braum. If you instead want it supp so he can bring his niche and top is still free, then... what kind of niche he brings? Suicide initiator because he did not stacked enough health and has not enough defensive items?

I mean it's doable, but there are far and far more champions that do that better in every aspect and cover their own niches.

Well as I said, I though of support Sion was his E.

As it shreds armor so with combination with ADC it could be great way how to eliminate enemy.

Well if the shred is % then would be basically useless :P If it is flat i still have doubts about his usage with the price he pays for it.
