I wanted to make a naked picture of Bard and while drawing I realised something. Even though his "body" is a beard, the Bard himself is not. He is just controling it.
You could call him a parasite.
So Bard is actually a Horn.
No, the bard is not a BeARD, is a spirit with NO form, what you are seeing is a puppet full of... well, him.
when he dies, his body (clothes, beard, hands and everything) deflates, with tiny sparkles leaving his face. Bard is a hoard of meeps controlling him as one and the tiny sparkles are just meeps screaming "abort!"
