So many people I play against go teleport and they never use it effectively.
This is solo queue people, your team can't be relied on following up with your teleport.
You're better off with ignite top/mid as you can stomp your lane before proceeding to roam and stomp others.
Examples of champs TP is appropriate: Nasus, Jax.
Examples ignite is better: Darius, Irelia.

As far as midlane goes I feel as if the laner has trouble killing their opponent early tp is better (twisted fate, veigar etc)

I like to go Teleport + Ignite on 
but other than them I can't think of a single champion that can use Teleport + Ignite effectively, maybe 
Anu3isII1 votesYeah, I know it is risky, but I prefer to have pressure in the early game. Having TP gives you the chance to back while your opponent is still in lane, and ignite is ignite. Either I all in my opponent and I destroy him/her (maybe the jungler reks me after that xD) or he/she backs and loses CS.
