Hi, With the new changes , it's very possible to play vayne top , full tank build , and smash all top lane tanks , since she get her true damage for free (fiora have to build ad to get that true damage , which makes her a glass canon , but vayne don't have to ) how is it fair to a full build tank vayne to do ton of damage ?
Vayne is really bad without attack speed. This cuts into her ability to build tank. When you need to take multiple seconds to get each proc off, it's REALLY slow, and super ineffective. I don't forsee it being an issue.

Not exactly full tank, but you still need some attack speed. I have done rageblade+wits end with decent success in ascension, but not sure how that would translate into a normal SR game. I think she still gets owned earlygame, and lategame.... well she's Vayne regardless of whether she went the bruiser path or ADC path for lategame. Doesn't actually change much in regards to her laning but a tankbusting specialist that can't be killed is kinda bad I think.
Try it out and own everyone first.
Top Lane Vayne has existed for quite some time. It's nothing new. Though I've never heard of any marksmen building straight up Tank with it. I was pretty sure Frozen Mallet was one of the first items so that it was practically impossible to escape Vayne if you tried to stop her from freezing lane at her tower.
