'We're aware that we added in too much upfront burst damage in season 8' - Riot games 2018

Devil's Advocate here, new DH doesn't do upfront damage while old DH did.

welll...... they did move it from front end damage to execute damage LOL

damage isnt the problem its how easy you can get the stacks it should be below 40 or 30%

so...don't pretend that it didn't exist before,it just got reworked and now it's an execute (they have to hit their combo and gettingyou low for using it) giving less upfront burst

also electrocute already existed and it deals more damage untill you are really late in the game

anyway they gave more defensive stats from runes,sorry but what you want is not balancing the burst,is having any burst champion literally deleted from the game
