Suggestion for new Runes

First off, i don't know how broken this would be (probably not very) but i think it could help a lot of champions who don't really feel good with any of the keystones.

-What if you could choose the stats of EITHER of the trees you are taking. For example, if i go Primary - Domination and Secondary - Precision. Instead of getting 11AD/18AP adaptive, i could choose to take 18% attack speed instead. The only one that would make this interesting is probably Inspiration.

and or: -Also, what if you could adjust how much maybe? like i can move a bar to favor AS or AD AS----------|--------------------------AD so maybe like id have 13 AS and 4AD or something of that nature.

But what are your thoughts?
