I stopped playing him mostly because I know he's very skill reliant and my computer sucks and it fucks up my axe catching with fps issues, ping spikes, and the lowest resolution graphics. I'd play him more if I had a better cpu.

Other than that I find his w hard to understand (initially... I get it now but the tooltip sucks), tedious, and not very satisfying.

Gotta love how you ignore the fact that the cooldown refreshes just for catching his Q, technically means that you can spam W tons of times between 1-2 seconds.

Compared to a Lucian taking about 6 seconds minimum to get his E back, I'd say Draven has enough time he needs.
