Is this intended? (naut anchor)

i don't want to add this to the bug report section unless i know its a bug. it might be intended. so i thought i would ask here first.

but i have faced a a few times.. and he landed his anchor on me. and it pulled me towards him. but AFTER i regained control of my champ (the anchor line is still connected but i can use abilities) any "dash" i try to do "fails" but it still puts the dash on cooldown.

i have seen this on making pounce not work, it stops by satchel charge from form making my jump.

Is this intended? i dont play so i dont know exactly how his anchor CC works. So is it supposed to do this?

Being a Naut main, I wish I could tell you. But I've never noticed that before. Will keep an eye out when I play him next. Does any sign of the animation go off from the dash? e.g Nidalee jumps, but only jumps in place? Or do you see no sign at all of the ability being used?

for Ziggs its just like im not near my satchet charge at all. it knocks them back but it doesn't do anything to me, for Nidalee yes.. it just makes me pounce in place, no movement but pounce still does damage..

Is he potentially auto-ing you during the animation? If so it probably was his passive.

yes... both times... god dammit.... WHY DOESN'T THIS GIVE A VISUAL???

It does. It's just a very poor visual as its just a slightly modified version of his auto attack animation. It sucks there isn't a bit more clarity there.

i mean.. Lux snare is pretty obvious when u can't move, Morgana snare is obvious.
