Dying due to unit collision.

Every since the start of Season 5, I've had big problems with unit collision, especially with minions. There have been many times where I told my champion to go somewhere, he hit one minion, then another and another, started going around one way, then changed mind half way through and started going the other way, all while the enemy team attacked me. To put it more simply, my champion has often died because he couldn't decide how to move around the minions.
