Riot in what world does Nocturne have counterplay or is fair to play against?

-Global Graves W's you preventing teammates from helping you -Gap closes you from semi global range so its impossible to stay of range or avoid. -Gets a speed boost from Q making him impossible to kite -Slows you and Fears you giving him another speed boost -Gets a spell shield so you cant peel him off you

Like seriously Riot please explain to me what the counterplay is for this champion. Theres nothing like playing a mage mid against Nocturne and having him ult you every time its off cooldown from off screen instantly killing you.

People bitch about because she lands skillshots on you from off screen, so how is gap closing onto you from off screen fair?

Making a list of things a champ can do doesnt make them op lol. Sounds to me you're salty af that you lost to a nocturne last game.

Seems like you lack basic reading comprehension considering i never called him op but rather stated that he lacks counteplay and isnt fair to play against. Making a list of things which combine to give him literally no counterplay when ulting is quite relevant.

Yeah a champ that has no counterplay isnt OP. Oh you didn't say he was OP, you just said he had no counterplay. Completely different. No relation what-so-ever. If I was a lobotomized chimp that would make sense.

He doesn't have a slow, he's an immobile defenseless jungler who has no way of scouting to see if he is safe, his mana costs are huge, he's only basically good in 1v1s.. Noc is pretty far from the strongest jungler in my opinion.
