reasons:

  1. the assassin class is extremely broken, the only assassin in the game to break the boundary of being point and click uncounterable cancer is Zed
  2. Zed, the only actual balanced assassin in the game is receiving even more hate because of this new item

excluding the AP assassin cancer in the game, we do not need duskblade buffing Talon Shaco Rengar Khazix

Something tells me that Riot is not going to remove the item that they JUST added to the game. (At least not permanently, if it has a bug it will be gone just like new phantom dancer was)

i would consider shako proccing the item twice with this clone to be a bug...
