Does top lane Kha'Zix work?
He can easily reapply Unseen Threat with the brushes, he's sustain like every bruiser and he generally can take care of himself in lane, doesn't need as much ganks.

Good luck vs someone like Renektron or Darius / Garen/ Trundle/ Shyvana who can build tanky and can still outduel him. He is good only vs other isolated squishies like mages, assasins, supports like Janna, Nami etc.
In the old days, his ult blocked damage and he was a true fighter role. sad, aint it
It's not bad against some matchups, might have some issues with the tanky dps melee which are everywhere.
