Wouldn't Galio's W make more sense as a Tank ability if it were reversed?

So instead of Healing Galio whenever the shielded user takes damage

he heals the shielded user whenever he takes damage

He is a Tank afterall right?

He can still use it on self but now has a direct benefit use case for placing it on his Allies.

Could possibly add a Self Cast if Ally Cast and Ally Cast if Self cast mechanic like Morde W
