I'm one person. It shouldn't take more than 2 minutes to find a game, but I'm lucky if I find one within 8 minutes.
EDIT: I'm talking normal draft, not ranked. Currently going on 19 minutes of waiting for a game atm.

LXII1 votesTry being on a low level account. Tried playing on my alt so I could play with a friend that is new to the game and the queue was literally an hour and a half (3 separate 30 minute queues) before we just gave up.
Kaxi1 votesIf I don't have support labeled in one of my slots when alone, I usually wait about 4-5 minutes. When I'm queuing with people who aren't playing support, either, it takes longer; sometimes we'll be waiting 8+ minutes. A couple of nights ago, we waited over 15 minutes for a queue. At that point, we wondered why the hell Riot removed TeamBuilder when we're getting THOSE queue times for something that's supposed to be faster a better (when we're not even choosing a single champ/role and still need to go through Picks/Bans). It's getting ridiculous. Riot just removed two queues in TeamBuilder and Dominion, and we're stuck with this. The hell.
Hey, at least when support is somewhere in my group, we get a match instantly. -shrug-
