Is she ever going to see some buffs so she can actually deal with the nowdays stuff? Even if you want a late game aoe carry you'd rather play twitch over jinx most of the time.
Shes such a fun champion both conceptually and gameplay wise but it sucks that shes close to unplayable due to how hard botlane has powercreeped with mage supports and jhin.

His nerf had pretty much no impact, hes still god tier.

Granted it hasn't updated with the new patch and her winrate has dropped considerably (though 50% is still good). Interestingly her late game winrate is terrible while her early game winrate is the highest. For a hypercarry who builds crit, this should be reversed.

Thats because she just has no impact in the game, her early game is already complete shit.
How she wins early game is when you have a good jungler/support and gets your snowball going, thats when jinx is going to win early, basically when you'd win with any adc anyway.
Late game too many things can dive her and 1 shot her and she doesnt do enough damage instantly like twitch does.
